I am currently meeting the expectations of an A level student, I am completing tasks set on time to a high standard, I have organized by time to work around social life to complete my work.

  • How much do you know - how effective has your note-taking in class?
My note taking in class, experience with a camera, watching films and reading reviews has given me a high understanding of a thriller.
  • What was the activity that stood out that helped you remember (watching student work, making the se7en edit, studying own film examples, or the mind map)?
Getting experience with the camera, editing effects, efficient note-taking and watching thriller films has helped me understand what a thriller is.
  • How effective has your 3 hrs Independent Learning (H/W) been?
I have gained a high knowledge of effective camera angles, how these affect the the mood and atmosphere of the genre. Also gained good time/organization and camera skills.
  • How will you improve?
I will improve by looking back on feedback given to my by my teacher, looking over the mark scheme and applying this to my work.
